Websites and web apps that do real work.
A marketing site that brings in customers, a portal where they serve themselves, a back office where your team runs the day. One codebase, one design language, one place to maintain.
What a web platform is, and why the word platform.
A website shows information. A web platform also does things: takes orders, shows a customer their account, lets your staff approve a request from their phone. We build both, and we build them to be found on Google, to load in under two seconds on a slow connection, and to read correctly in English and Arabic. Platform means the site and the systems behind it are designed together, so adding a feature later is a small job, not a rebuild.
- Your site is slow, hard to update, or invisible in search results.
- Customers phone or message you for things they could do themselves online.
- You run the business on spreadsheets and want a browser-based system instead.
- You need the same product in two languages, including right-to-left Arabic.
The browser talks to a server that renders each page, a content system your team edits without a developer, and a database that holds customers, orders and content. Search engines read the same pages your customers see, which is why the site ranks.
What is included in a web platform
Marketing site
Pages built for search intent, structured data, Open Graph images, a sitemap and a content system so your team publishes without us.
Customer portal
Accounts, order history, documents, payments and tickets behind a login. Customers answer their own questions at midnight.
Back office
The screens your staff use: lists, filters, bulk actions, approvals, exports. Fast on a keyboard, usable on a tablet.
Operations handover
Hosting, backups, monitoring and a short runbook. Accounts and domains in your name from day one.
How we build the web
Choices that keep the site fast after launch, not only on demo day.
- Server rendering
- Pages render on the server with React Server Components. The browser gets finished HTML, search engines get the full text, and the JavaScript shipped is only what interaction needs.
- Performance budget
- Lighthouse mobile performance stays at 95 or above. Fonts self hosted, images sized and converted automatically, no third-party scripts in the critical path.
- Search from the first commit
- Per-page metadata, canonical URLs, hreflang for each language, JSON-LD for Organization, Service, FAQ and breadcrumbs, and a llms.txt for AI crawlers.
- Content system
- A headless CMS with localized fields, drafts and roles. Editors change copy and images; the design system keeps every page consistent.
- Security and privacy
- Strict Content Security Policy, HTTPS only, no tracking cookies by default, rate limited forms and hashed IP addresses where abuse prevention needs them.
From brief to a live site
- Phase 1
Map
Who visits, what they search for, what they need to do. A page plan and a sitemap before any design.
- Phase 2
Design
Design system first, then the key pages. You see the site in the browser, not in a slide deck.
- Phase 3
Build
Weekly releases on a staging URL. Content goes in during the build, not after.
- Phase 4
Launch and run
Domain, redirects from the old site, search console, monitoring. Then a monthly review of performance and rankings.
Questions people ask
- Can we edit the content ourselves?
- Yes. Every text, image and page is editable in a content system with a preview. We train your team in one session.
- Will it work in Arabic?
- Yes. Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and a separate set of metadata for each language are built in, not bolted on.
- What about our existing site and rankings?
- We map every old URL to a new one before launch, so the rankings you have carry over instead of resetting.
